Mahjong Wanderlust is a totally new brand design on how to revitalize the artistic culture of mahjong.

It involves 50% hand-carving the original MJ patterns created by Master, 100% hand-painting, and new illustrated patterns designed by Karen Aruba, laser-engraved with fine lines.

To create this beautiful artpiece, each full set will take around 2 months in production + 10-14 days of international delivery. Thank you for your kind support to our work.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship out your product within 7 days once the production is completely done. Normally the product will arrive by international shipping within 14 business days but due to customs delays in checking/festival periods, it may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order but this is rarely happen. Please make sure your delivery address is marked correctly and advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.

Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be diverted to your local post office or to your local shipping depot. We recommend all deliveries are sent to a business address to avoid any re-delivery charges.

We will ship to confirmed addresses only.

The buyer is responsible for any destination import tax/charges (if applicable).

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your piece of art. If something is not quite right, then get in contact with us and we will sort it out for you. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us provided the following conditions are met:

You must return your order within 30 days of the dispatch date.

The item/s must be unused and not previously installed.

All accessories must be returned.
If the item/s have been used a restocking fee may apply following a detailed inspection.

Internal/external damage has not been caused due to improper installation, misuse or incorrect service.

Making a Return

To return merchandise simply complete the Return Authorisation form available by first emailing support@dejavusoul.com along with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will help us understand the problem. The completed form will need to be enclosed with your securely packed order and posted back to the address on the Return Authorisation form provided. Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.

We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as Dejavusoul will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. IMPORTANT: Returns without a Return Authorisation form included will be returned to at the customer's expense.

Return Credits

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges unless otherwise agreed to. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and checked. Goods must be 100% complete and in the same condition you received them in. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

Faulty Items

Dejavusoul does its best to ensure that all customers receive faultless products with unique sound. In the situation where you believe that a product is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact support@dejavusoul.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
